Public Relations
PR is more than achieving visibility in the media. It
is more than creating an edgy press release that arouses the
curiosity of the busy editorial offices. It is more than
providing cleverly worded messages to journalists and having
strategic knowledge of the big media houses’
administrative procedures. All of this is of course an
indisputable criteria and something that we can deliver at any
time. However, at Essencius we want to offer more than that.
We help companies achieve, strengthen and preserve a
solid relationship with the public, including the press and the
authorities. It is paramount to strengthen our client’s
market position and it is very important for us to create
measurable results of the efforts we provide.
Our PR efforts have also moved to the online environment.
Companies and brands now have opportunities to engage their
target audience in new ways through social media sites like
Facebook and Twitter. At Essencius, we believe in integrating
these new types of channels in order to help strengthen and
build relationships. We help our clients tailor their messages
in order to engage the target audience and give them reason to
talk about their company and brands.
We work with goal-orientated PR that is based on a solid
knowledge of the media and stakeholders, which we approach
together with a thorough analysis of the company’s wishes
and messages. By defining the criteria of success, in
collaboration with the client, our PR efforts are always
measurable.
Whether you want to launch a luxurious brand, make people drink
more water or influence parents’ attitude towards healthy
food, a well-rounded communication and PR strategy will
strengthen your path to the target audience.
Public Affairs
This discipline has many names with lobbying being
the most commonly used. Essencius works with Public Affairs in
order to contribute to the current legislation establish dialog
and influence stakeholders and relevant public institutions as
well as alter opinion makers’ position towards a company
and its services or a specific cause. The efforts can be done
on behalf of the client, alone or in collaboration with an
equal partner.
Creative PR
Did you happen to be on the Metro in Copenhagen, on
February 8th 2011, as it travelled from Nørreport St to
Kongens Nytorv? If so, then you probably saw a surprising
public display of affection among 35 couples in a Kissing
Flashmob. The event which was filmed and photographed was part
of the launch of Anthon Berg’s new line of chocolates
called “Sweet Moments”. The video, which was
launched online on Valentine’s Day, gained cross media
success. It was a complete success as it appeared in over 126
traditional and online media outlets. It also attracted many
views to Anthon Berg’s newly launched Facebook Pages and
gained attention on YouTube and other online channels. This is
a typical example of our method. You can read further on the
Kissing Flashmob case here.
