To us, providing an integrated work is paramount. To illustrate how we reach all the way around, we have developed a model consisting of 8 points - Always with the customer as the natural center.

Results and Evaluation

Do we deliver? Have we met the expectations and created value? Hopefully, we have done both and more. We evaluate the results together with our customers, both during the process and after the total efforts.


How we measure the results will be different, because we are solving a variety of tasks. Measuring instruments are adjusted to the success criteria, which we have defined together with the client in the initial stage of the collaboration. ROI, in some cases, can be measured in column millimeters, positive and negative publicity, message tracking, increased awareness among the population, increased sales, etc. In other cases, it is measured in the audience’s perceptions of a certain promotion or the outcome of the interview, focus group or report.

Therefore, the core of the evaluation is that we together have measured performance according to the success criteria. If the results are consistent with the success criteria, our efforts are deemed successful and the good collaboration will hopefully continue and be developed further.
