Execution, Control and Management
The actual execution may range from simple press
releases, to a daily event, to campaigns that run for several
years. But common to all efforts is that we strive for the
optimal timing. Implementation is always executed in close
dialogue with the customer and it is essential that the staff
and other internal stakeholders are equipped to handle
operations and subsequent responses.
One thing is an elaborate and clear strategy and a successful
launch. Something else is maneuvering what has been set into
motion. Media monitoring, continuous analysis and/or dialogue
with the audience, evaluation of the participants’
attitudes, etc. ensure that the strategy and reality go hand in
hand on a continual basis. We willingly adjust in order to
maximize the effect.
